Ambitions Chicken Pasta, Ham Hock and Mushroom Bowl:

Ingredients:


1 Packet of Ambitions Chicken Pasta Pulled Ham Hock - pre-cooked (quantity at your discretion)
Mushroom (quantity at your discretion)
Handful of Rocket Leaves
1 Spring Onion
1 Garlic Clove

Method:

1. Using a non-stick saucepan, heat up oil. Whilst this is heating up, finely chop the garlic clove. Next, add the mushroom and chopped garlic into the saucepan, (oil must be hot by this point), and fry on a medium heat until tender and lightly browned.

2. Whilst the mushrooms are frying, if you have cooked a ham hock joint, you will need to use two forks to shred the meat. With their backs facing each other, pull both forks in opposite directions to break up the meat. During this process, discard any bits of grizzle or fat.

3. Using the instructions on the back of the packet, make your Ambitions Chicken Pasta in a bowl and set aside whilst it cooks, making sure to stir as per instructions.

4. Once the pasta has cooked, create a bed of rocket leaves on top of the pasta and add the sautéed mushrooms and pulled ham hock.

5. To serve, lightly garnish with chopped spring onion

Ambitions Chicken Pasta, Ham Hock Salad Bowl:

Ingredients:


1 Packet of Ambitions Chicken Pasta Pulled Ham Hock - pre-cooked (quantity at your discretion)
Red Bell Pepper
Handful of Spinach Peas (quantity at your discretion)

 Method:

1. Add peas into a saucepan and bring the water to boil. The peas should become tender when ready.

2. Using the instructions on the back of the packet, make your Ambitions Chicken Pasta in a bowl and set aside whilst it cooks, making sure to stir as per instructions.

3. Whilst the pasta is cooking if you have cooked a ham hock joint, you will need to use two forks to shred the meat. With their backs facing each other, pull both forks in opposite directions to break up the meat. During this process, discard any bits of grizzle or fat. At this stage you will also need to chop your red bell pepper into fine slices

4. Once the pasta has cooked, drain the peas using a collider and stir into the pasta. Next, create a bed of spinach on top of the pasta and add the pulled ham hock and red bell pepper.

Ambitions Tomato Pasta, Flaked Salmon Salad Bowl:

Ingredients:


1 Packet of Ambitions Tomato Pasta
Flaked Salmon - pre-cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper (quantity at your discretion)
Sweet Red Pepper (quantity at your discretion)
Handful of Rocket Leaves

Method:

1. Using the instructions on the back of the packet, make your Ambitions Tomato Pasta in a bowl and set aside whilst it cooks, making sure to stir as per instructions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, it’s time to create your salad. In a bowl, flake your salmon, slice your sweet red pepper and add rocket leaves in a separate bowl. Mix these together.

3. Once the pasta has cooked, add the Flaked Salmon salad on top of the pasta. 

Ambitions Chicken Pasta, Chicken Breast Salad Bowl:

Ingredients:


1 Packet of Ambitions Chicken Pasta
Free Range Chicken Breast - pre-cooked (quantity at your discretion)
Red Bell Pepper (quantity at your discretion)
Handful of Rocket Leaves

Method:

1. Using the instructions on the back of the packet, make your Ambitions Chicken Pasta in a bowl and set aside whilst it cooks, making sure to stir as per instructions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, it’s time to create your salad. In a bowl, chop your chicken breast and red bell pepper into a separate bowl. Mix these together.

3. Once the pasta has cooked, create a bed of rocket leaves on top of the pasta and add the chicken breast salad on top of this.
