Ambitions Spicy Tomato and Feta Pasta:

Ingredients:


Cherry tomatoes
Chilli flakes
Feta
Fresh basil
1 - 2 packets of Ambitions Tomato Pasta
 
Method:

1. Firstly, cook your Ambitions pasta according to the packet instructions. Use 1 to 2 packets depending on whether you'd like a delicious snack, or a filling meal.

2. While your pasta is cooking, chop roughly 3-4 cherry tomatoes into quarters. Then, finely chop your basil ready to garnish your pasta.

3. Once your pasta is cooked and ready to go - mix in your cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with chilli flakes and fresh basil. To top it off, crumble some feta cheese on top. Serve and enjoy!

Ambitions Creamy Pea Pasta with Zesty Asparagus:

Ingredients:


A small handful of frozen garden peas
A wedge of lemon
Asparagus
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 - 2 packets of Ambitions Chicken Pasta 

 Method:

1. Firstly, add your frozen peas to your Ambitions pasta contents and cook according to the packet instructions. Use 1 to 2 packets depending on whether you'd like a delicious snack, or a filling meal.

2. While your pasta and peas are cooking, cut the ends of roughly 4-5 stems of fresh asparagus. Add the cut stems to a frying pan along with a small drizzle of olive oil (around 1 tsp). Cook on a low to medium heat for around 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Once they're ready, squeeze a wedge of lemon over the cooked asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Serve over the cooked pasta and enjoy!

Ambitions Pan Fried Salmon with Tomato Pasta and Rocket Salad :

Ingredients:


Salmon fillet
A wedge of lemon
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
Handful of rocket salad
1 - 2 packets of Ambitions Tomato Pasta

Method:

1. Firstly, cook your Ambitions pasta according to the packet instructions. Use 1 to 2 packets depending on whether you'd like a delicious snack, or a filling meal.

2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and then add to a frying pan along with a small drizzle of olive oil (around 1 tsp). Cook the salmon on a low heat, skin side down, for approximately 3 minutes. Then, cook the salmon on each remaining side for around 1 minute. This should cook the salmon interior but also keep it moist.

3. Cut a few cherry tomatoes and add to your plate, along with a handful of rocket. Add the cooked pasta and salmon fillet to the plate and finish it off with fresh basil and a squeeze of fresh lemon over the rocket salad and salmon. Serve and enjoy!
